  • 2 ply belting RAV (standard) – oil, heat, grease resistent.

Standard Terms

QUOTATIONS: are valid 90 days from date of Quotation; unless stated otherwise.

ORDERS:

Orders Price Acceptance -– All orders are subject to verification by Flow-Turn.

Freight -– Shipment of Curves or Parts are FOB Union NJ; or specially noted.

Terms of Payment – all invoices at the date of shipment are as net 30 days. All payments to be in US Dollars.

Quality Assurance -– All products sold by Flow-Turn are subject to Flow-Turn general warranty protection.

Warranty of components and parts supplied by Flow-Turn.

Flow-Turn provides a standard warranty for all material and workmanship of its manufactured components and parts for 1 year from the date of shipment per unique serial number. Unauthorized modifications, additions or variations, from procedures and information contained in Flow-Turn Owner’s Manuals, and Product Data information, or any misuse, negligence, accident, product jam, or loading beyond rated capacity invalidates this warranty.

Clarifications:

A) All Belting supplied and specified by owner will be per belt manufacturer warranty.

B) Some OEM equipment specified by owner including motors and gear reducers will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

C) Flow-Turn reserves the right to void its warranty where final destination and specific application are withheld and the product is improperly installed or maintained by others; product is modified without the consent from Flow-Turn.

D) Flow-Turn warranty is excluding any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
